After hearing Charlie sing at the piano in “Fire + Water” I realized that Drive Shaft must be a Christian Rock group.
How else would you explain Locke identifying Charlie as a member of the band, and what rockin’ band would appear in a diaper commercial?
Sure, it’s Europe, but still.

The Dharma Initiative film shown in “Orientation” (S2E03) confirmed that Lost is in the science-fiction genre. It’s something the writers had to establish going into this season’s mayhem.
